Choosing the Right CP® Floater NozzleCP® Floater Nozzles are available in two volume versions, each with 8 orifices and flood nozzle flow rates. The "Low Volume" versions have 8 orifices, #2.5 through #30 and should be used on 30" centers. The "High Volume" versions have orifices ranging from #5 through #60 and are designed to be used on 60" centers. Low volume nozzles come with removable filter screens. To use the CP® Interactive Flow Rate Calculator with droplet spectrum information, click here. ![]() ![]() To download hard copy flow charts for the CPR Floater Turbo Nozzles, click on one of the following: CP-59L-S and CP-109L-S Low Volume Floater Turbo Nozzles CP-59HV and CP-109HV High Volume Floater Turbo Nozzles. ![]() CP-53-8L3's and CP-55R's (and CP-101-8L3's and CP-102R's-combination nozzle and check valve) generate a smaller droplet spectrum than the turbo nozzles. They offer good coverage and an excellent pattern at a wide range of flow rates and pressures. These check valves replace traditional air, solenoid or diaphragm-type checks. Using a simple needle/seat design, they provide instant shut-off and, in most casts, one pull of the needle stops drips. ![]() ![]() CP® Elbows are available in both 45° and 90° angles in 3/4" and 1" pipe or cam lock configurations. They allow the operator to set up booms for the best possible performance from CP® nozzles and other specialty spray devices. ![]() CP-49 Filter Screens slip into cam locks and 3/4" male threaded connections to stop debris before orifices clog. They pop out for easy cleaning and are polypropylene with 50 mesh stainless steel screens. |
