Nozzles and Check Valves for Post-Emerge Sprayers
CP’s patented nozzles for post-emerge sprayers have multiple orifices or tips in high quality, compact units. They have standard quarter-turn quick change bodies of glass-filled nylon and can easily be adapted to new and existing sprayers without tools, wiring or electronics. These CP’s are designed for self-propelled and tractor-mounted sprayers. They are simple in design, easy to install and are reasonably priced. All parts are replaceable making the nozzles a one-time purchase, not throw-away tips.

CP's Sprayer Turbe Nozzles have 18 possible setting combinations and are
specifically designed for drift control. They produce a tight spectrum
of large droplets with few driftable fines. The inner dial has six numbered
metering orifices. The outer dial has three numbered deflector tips which
control droplet specturm. Applicators twist the first dial to the desired
orifice and turn the second dial to the appropriate deflector tip. Any
deflector tip may be used with any orifice. All versions have flat fan
flow rates. The CP-65T-S Standard Sprayer Turbo Nozzle orifices are #3,
#4, #5, #6, #8 and #10 (0.3 gpm to 1.0 gpm at 40 psi). The CP-65T-SHP
(poly deflector tips) and the CP65T-SH (stainless steel tips) High Volume
Sprayer Turbo Nozzles have three deflector tips and six orifices ranging
from #10 to #33 (1.0 gpm to 3.3 gpm at 40 psi). The CP-65T-SL Low Volume
Sprayer Turbo Nozzle has orifices ranging fom #1.5 through #6 (0.15 gpm
to 0.6 gpm at 40 psi). Changes in deflector tips may be made to alter
the droplet spectrum to smaller or larger droplets. Overlapping flow rates
among orifices provide increased available droplet sizes for a given flow
rate over that controlled by the deflector tip selection alone. For more

CP® Carousels hold up to six CP® flat fan tips. Buy only the tips you need. Select from 23 different tips, including air induction and other drift reduction models. Tips and blanks (if fewer tips are needed than the slots allow) will be installed at the factory according to applicator specifications and drop shipped. Flow rates range from .13 gpm to 2.17 gpm per tip at 30 psi.
